Accommodation at The New Madeira Hotel Brighton offers guests a variety of room sizes from single to quadruple rooms. All rooms are en-suite with tea and coffee-making facilities, televisions, hairdryers, complimentary guest toiletries and we offer free super fast WiFi access.

Our Comfort rooms can sleep up to 10 guests in single beds - Comfort Rooms include a seating area, television, complimentary guest toiletries and they are suitable for group bookings.

Our sea view FunkyFish Bar offers scenic views of the sea and is open every day.

Direction and Parking Information

The New Madeira is located directly on the seafront just a stone's throw from the Brighton Pier, The Royal Pavilion and Brighton's Lanes.

By Road
From the M23/A23 follow the signs for the sea front. Keep going until you see the Brighton Pier in front of you, then turn left and you will find us 300 metres on your left hand side.

By Rail
From the train station head straight down Queen's Road. At the clock tower follow the road straight over heading towards the seafront. This is West Street. At the bottom of West Street turn left into Kings Road, which leads into Grand Junction Road. On your right hand side you will see the Brighton Pier. At the roundabout take the second exit (A259) into Marine Parade and The New Madeira is about 200 yards on your left hand side.(Walking time 15-20 minutes.)

Parking Information

We have limited parking in front of the hotel sold on a first come, first served basis, charged at £10 per night and cannot be pre-booked. If parking is unavailable at the hotel, guests can park on street ‘Pay and Display’ areas or use the nearest ‘High Street’ Car Park which is just 5 minutes walking distance from us.
