The New Madeira has two superb conference rooms suitable for up to 150 people. We can provide full catering for your conferences and business meetings including teas and coffees throughout the day, and buffet lunches.

Whatever the occasion, our dedicated team are on hand to ensure your event exceeds all your expectations. We have 2 conference rooms catering for up to 150 delegates theatre style, and are in the perfect location for trade shows. Our seafront lounge is perfect breakout area or relaxing area to take lunch, and tea and coffee breaks. Enjoy a smaller wedding breakfast in our seafront lounge and enjoy the stunning views. Our Lisbon suite can cater for a more formal wedding breakfast up to 40.

The Algarve suite can be transformed with the appropriate theme to suit your needs.
It can accommodate up to 150 guests during the day and 400 in the evening. There is a stunning four poster bedroom for you to relax in after your special day. Enjoy a champagne breakfast in your room the following morning. We can tailor-make your wedding to cater for all your requirements.

The Algarve Suite

Located on the ground floor to the rear of the hotel, The Algarve Suite has its own private bar and lounge area. The room is 1300sq.ft in size and can accommodate 150 people theatre style, 50 boardroom style or 400 for a drinks reception. For added convenience, the room can be divided into two sections using a folding, sound-proofed partition.

The room holds up to 150 delegates in this style	Fully equipped function bar with choices of draught and bottled beers/spirits/shots	Licensed for up to 400 for parties. Sold out every Friday and Saturday for our regular Funky Fish Night Club. Available for hire Sunday to Thursday. The Lisbon Suite

The newly refurbished Lisbon Suite is on the lower ground floor and measures 450sq ft accommodating 60 theatre style, 30 boardroom style or 60 for a drinks reception. The room has its own dedicated syndicate suite large enough to seat 12, boardroom style.

Boardroom Style

Ideal for business meetings, training sessions etc, the suite is also licensed for 60 for music and dancing. There is also an adjoining room available – please see our virtual tour for a more in depth look.
