	All rooms are en-suite, with colour television, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities
	Prices are quoted per room, per night on a room only basis and include VAT @ 17.5%.
	An extra bed may be added to many of our rooms for an additional charge of £25.00.
	Parking is available at the rate of £7.00 per day, on a first come, first served basis.
	Meals: Breakfasts are charged as taken. We do not serve evening meals, as there are many great restaurants around us.

	These rates are available from Monday 2nd April until Sunday 28th October 2007 subject to revision. All prices are subject to availability, excluding Brighton and Hove City events, conferences and Bank Holidays.
