COVID-19 – OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR SAFETY
Our highest priority is the health, safety and security of our guests, and staff.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we follow the latest advice and recommendations from the British government and local authorities.
RIGOROUS SAFETY ENHANCEMENTS WE HAVE MADE:
We have taken extensive steps to protect your health.
We have:
1 - Installed protective screen at the front desk and Bar counter between staff and guests
2 - Installed stations with alcohol-based hand sanitizer for all guests use, including hotel corridors.
3 - One way system in operation
4 - Increased cleaning and disinfection frequency of all hotel areas, paying special attention to high-touch items.
5 - Guest rooms sanitized and disinfected after each departure using an Electrostatic fogger (public areas are also sprayed)
6 - Disinfect all room key card prior to check-in (key card and room TV remote control and tea/coffee will be given in a seal bag at the time of check-in)
7 - Implement social distancing measures throughout the hotel (floor / wall signs)
8 - Face covering in public areas (Signage)
9 - A thermometer system for all guests to use available from reception desk
10 - Introduce self-check-out
The above list is not comprehensive and are just examples of some of the key measures we have taken and will continue to take to show how serious we take your health and safety.
YOUR COOPERATION
Whilst we are closely monitoring the guidelines from the authorities and implementing steps safety protocol, we would appreciate your cooperation.
In the event that you do not cooperate with government requirements or our enhanced hygiene measures or policies which are in place for the safety of other guests and staff, you may be asked to leave the premises.
We ask you to always respect the social distancing measures and to minimize your contact with surfaces in the common areas.
You must sanitize your hands upon entering the hotel using alcohol gel provided by the hotel, or your own equivalent.
IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS BEFORE ARRIVAL
If you have made a reservation with us and you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, please do not visit the hotel, you must stay at home and follow the latest Government advice. Contact our reservation team by email or telephone.

HOTEL BAR
Due to tier 2 government restriction, the hotel bar is closed until further notice.
BREAKFAST
Take away breakfast available (see our breakfast page)
In order to respect social distancing and until further notice full English breakfast will not be served at the hotel.

LUGGAGE
For hygiene purposes, we ask you to sanitize the handles of your luggage upon arrival, and you will be required to carry your own luggage to rooms (regardless of floor).
HOUSEKEEPING
Please note that your room will not be serviced during your stay, if less than 4 days stay. Fresh towels and other products will be available from our reception desk. All rooms will be thoroughly cleaned upon departure (we also use an Electrostatic fogger to disinfect / sanitize)
GUEST ROOM
Please note that in order to avoid surface contacts, we have removed from all bedroom menu, and information folder. Our guest rooms are sanitized and disinfected after each departure using an Electrostatic fogger.
